Contents and changes in regulations

The regulations determine the rules of purchasing goods at robotnia.pl. Placing an order requires acceptance of these rules. robotnia.pl may introduce changes to regulations without prior notice.

Accepting, confirming and completing of orders

robotnia.pl sells goods via the Internet. The works of art offered by robotnia.pl are available “on stock” or will be developed following an individual order. You may find the information on the selected item in its description.

Orders may be placed by the following means:

·         by e-mail (galeria@robotnia.pl)

·         by phone (+48 795 209 412)

The phone number of the customer is required to place an order. This number enables verification of the order. Accepting the order will be confirmed by robotnia.pl by e-mail or phone.

The order will be processed and sent to you after robotnia.pl receives the payment. Goods that are ordered individually must be paid in advance (20% of the final price).

In case we cannot contact you or will not receive payment for the ordered goods within 10 days from the date of an order, the order will be cancelled with no legal restrictions.

Delivery

The goods are delivered by post or a shipping company. Delivery costs are covered by the Buyer. robotnia.pl will not be responsible in delivery delays of the goods processed by the post or shipping companies or caused by any accidents.

Prices

All prices at robotnia.pl are gross prices (with VAT tax) and are quoted on demand, together with the shipping costs, according to delivery location. The goods will be charged according to the price agreed at the moment of placing an order. Goods shipped worldwide may be subject to import taxes and customs fees, charged by the authorities in the Buyers country. The Buyer is responsible for the customs clearance in his country. Please contact the local customs office for more information.

All products are listed on the VAT invoice, enclosed to your shipment.

Payment

robotnia.pl accepts the following methods of payment:

·         via bank transfer (you will receive an e-mail with transaction data after confirmation of your order and agreeing price)

Restrictions

robotnia.pl has the right to:

·         reject the order due to the inability to ship heavy, large works (e.g. sculpture)

·         reject the order considered to be invalid or fraudulent

·         place new goods at or remove goods from robotnia.pl

·         change prices without notification (goods already ordered are not subject to such changes)

·         apply discounts

·         temporary close the gallery

Cancellation, returns, claims

Your order may be cancelled before shipment. To cancel an order, please call us or send us an e-mail.

You have the right to return the goods within 10 days from the date of the receipt without stating the reason. The goods must be sent back to robotnia.pl with the invoice. robotnia.pl returns the price of the goods, but not the transportation fees. Please pay the transportation fees up front, as we will not accept the return unless you do so.

The processing of claims is regulated by the Polish law, however we will do our best to satisfy your needs in an arbitral way.

Protection of your personal data

Placing an order means you understand and accept the fact your personal data will be processed and used in the transaction between you and robotnia.pl. We will not use your data for any other purpose, sell it or distribute it.

Legal authorities

All claims related to selling and purchasing goods at robotnia.pl will be solved in an arbitral way. If this will not be possible, local rules, appropriate for the place of registration of robotnia.pl apply.
